This is a criminal scamming activity, in my opinion. They are claiming to be debt collectors working at Citibank and they claimed that I owed money. Totally fraudulent and in my opinion criminal behavior.

Supposedly Citi Card but this number is not a customer service number. The voicemail asks me to call them at 866-680-8628. This number is not a customer service number. They must think I'm stupid - Not!
