it is someone trying to pass by as microsoft to enter pcs falsely (Scam call) reported by


this is a scam, number 2064515169 they call repeatedly and try to suck you into agreeing to have your computer repaired. it is an aggressive scam operation. i have the number so that it shows "scam likely" once the calls come in, and that way i know it is a bad call. i don't know how to block this number. also one violation abuse that this company does is that it automatically leaves various voice messages in your cell. i have noticed this pattern that if you don't respond their program then leaves various voice messages in your phone. perhaps someone should report this to the proper authorities in order to have this business stop for good? you should not answer this call. if i remember correctly i answered by accident and some hindu guy presumable located in india although his location is unknown to me, but he tried to convince me that i needed help because my computer was infected and then he tried to enter my computer by guiding me to section that authorizes remote access. DO NOT EVER GIVE REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR PC TO ANYONE TRYING TO HELP YOU ERASE VIRUS OR CORRUPT FILES! anyway i immediately told this STRANGER GUY that i did not feel comfortable allowing him to enter and to use my pc, and he insisted that he needed to do so and continued trying to scare me that my pc was in danger. i am wondering how many victims this scam has had over the past months or years doing this??? anyway do not answer this call and try to block it from your phone if possible.

same call 2-3 times a day. i blocked it but it went to my voice mail. i finally called & asked to be removed from their call list. they hung up. i called back & told them i filed a complaint. they hung up. hope they're done with me.

nope, they're not done with me. i've received another call today. I called back & again asked to be removed from their call list. I was told there is no call list. I then told him I was filing another complaint. i did so with the do not call registry.

After reading on web it was scam, blocked calls but keep leaving vm's & I finally called them & asked them how I could help them & not to try to tell me they were from Microsoft & wanted to help me, they said just that (Dangerous malware has infected ur computer) & I told them that the websites were right & I had no $$ & wasn't giving any permissions & they hung up on me.
