Got a few calls from this number, but just today was able to answer it. Was put on hold and then a person named Sharon asked me if I was so and so (my daughter), and I said no. She hung up without saying where she was calling from, so I called back and asked the name of the company and the reason for the call. She said it is a CBV Collection agency and that the matter is personal (can't discuss it with me). Overall feeling is that this is a scam call/agency.
