Basically they try calling you untill u get tired of them. Send emails repeatedly, text messages. WELL after the debts, by law, are null and void. Been calling me close to 5 years now. Good luck on that..

Advised I have serious debt for cable to a company I currently only have a home phone and have credit with. Called my cell whose number was with that company but has been with another carrier for 1yr now. I believe a disgruntled exemployee must have sold a phone list. Asked 2 verify my address. I said no for them to tell me the address...she gave me a different area...but because of strict regulations couldn't share exact address...I hung up.
