They called, asking for me, saying I owe Rogers some money. Funny thing, the last time I dealt with Rogers was 10 years ago. Under Ontario law, even if I owed some money (Which I don't) they could only attempt to collect for 2 years. Not 10. What losers.

Same here, I got a call a week ago saying the same thing that I owed Rogers. I told them I have not had Rogers in over 22 years. What ever happened to that 7 year rule.

Same thing been about 15 years since I have been with that garbage company as far as the 7 year rule thats all the time they have legal grounds to go after you or affecting your credit but they can always go after you and these bottom feeder collectors buy old debts and harass ppl hoping they don't know their rights and try bullying them into agreeing to pay thats when legally it resets it never agree to them and always threaten to call thr police saying they are harassing you ....they will leave you alone 9 out of 10 times after that
