This is the ATT numbers but scammer are using it. Called my husbands number, too, and hung up when I told him he would have to talk to him. Indian accent, wanted my passcode, ssn, security answers. I would get 20 bucks off my bill. I asked what nationality he was. He said NY. I said that was not a nationality. He got angry and asked what my nationality was. Then he hung up. I called the number back and got the real ATT. She actually knew my name and looked up my account and said nobody had called me from any dept. Also, this number is only used as a service number as in you call it for service, they don't call you with surveys or offers. Please be careful. I did not negative this because it is their real number and I might have to use it because if you block a number here, you dial it. BUT Beware!!!!!

When I answered it was an automated recording to tell me my account had been suspended until I verified information. I hung up immediately.
