What is wrong with people here... They are marking it as a "scam". UM HELLO, this literally the amazon customer service number. A robot answers and if they cant help you can ask for a team member regarding orders or complaints. I have called here often and they are always helpful when something goes wrong.

People can spoof numbers to look like they came from Amazon. I received a spam call from this number about 30 minutes ago. Someone clearly spoofed the number as the contents of the call were clearly a phishing scam trying to get my information.
