This number called said I had fraudulent transaction on my relia card so I called my relia card to see I did have fraud done but was rejected by relia if it were legit for who I have used my card with I'm sure I would have received an email saying something was declined. But I didn't and I believe they sent the call because they were being declined trying to scam and was trying to get information to fraud my account with ease but I requested a new card I have to be more careful online.

Incorrect

They don't ask for any information other than billing zip code, verification of name and charges. You had fraud on your card and this service called, yet you still think it was a scam because you didn't get an email? This makes no sense.

I received a call and message from a number my phone said was a possible scam so I didn't answer (but sometimes my phone flags numbers I know are okay). I also had a text message about a fraudulent charge. The number did not match the outside provider my bank uses. I called my bank directly (local number). There was in fact a fraudulent charge. Contact your bank directly. I do wonder if the number and message are still a scam, but in conjunction with the failed attempt to use the card number.

This number called to verify recent transactions, I called back and entered the case number they had provided, they asked if it was (the robo operator said my name) press 1... I did, the robo operator told me to hang on as they couldn't identify me and to hold on for a live operator... they hung up before connecting me.

Confirmed with bank. Call was legit. Though there was no suspicious purchases on my account, several that I had just made not 10 minutes ago were flagged as suspicious. Gentleman knew who I had purchased from and when. Unflagged my account. Made a follow up call with my bank, and the confirmed that both those transactions had been unflagged as suspicious.

This is a scam caller. Trying to get my CH's info so they can use their card's. Do Not give any info. Always call the number on the back of your card to make sure that you are speaking with your bank.I'm going to report them to the BBB.

I was called. I didnt get an email alert or anything, and I was called with my bf's number which i used to list on sign up forms when I didnt have a phone number. Huge red flag.

Husband called back and there were fraudulent charges. This is the third time we should probably put the number in the phone COD. A few yrs ago they cleanup out the account in 20min. We got it all back but what a pain.
