A robocall left a message with our business with the number & name of a former employee. I called our bank instead of the return number. They saw no issues or activity, and confirmed that account had been closed for awhile. Sounds scammy to me.

We received a voicemail saying there was fraud on our debt card. Instead of calling this number directly, we called our credit union and found that it was a legit call and they cleared up the situation. We were glad to be contacted by this company.

I hung up as soon as they said it was from my bank. Why would my bank call on Sunday at 7 pm? The called my home twice and my cell phone once, then I was alerted that my bank was charged $99 from a store in the United Kingdom. Glad they denied both

My credit union detected unusual activities and helped me identify about a thousand dollars worth of bogus payments. I guess I lost track of my debit card and some crook found it. I am SO PLEASED with how the Fraud Prevention department noticed the abnormality and notified me quickly. Hooray!

so i was at work and received 2 phone calls from this number calling on behalf of me federal credit union...provided a call back number and case number to enter... total scam right...,i received the message on Aug 13th.... no today august 14 when the bank was open my wife called them and yes indeed someone attempted to make a $2000 purchase on her debit card...i'd say legit but as a precaution if you receive this call call your financial institution to be on the safe side

It left me a voicemail with my name, last four digits of my card and bank name. But when I tried to call back the operator asked for a reference number which I did not have. Thought it was fake (and it might have been) but then the bank called me 5 mins after and stated that my account was in fact flagged for fraud activity and read me my last transaction and then after I approved seemed lift the hold off of my account. So probs legit.

Received voicemail about possible fraud on my debit card. As many have advised here, never call the number that leaves the message; always call your bank directly and go from there. I called my bank, and they had indeed marked a transaction as suspicious, declined it, and left the message from that number.

Call your bank directly with any questions. There is no way this number belongs to the fraud department at 10 different banks/credit unions. Any reviews stating this is a legitimate number are probably directly from the scammers. Again, please call your bank directly with any questions regarding your account. These scammers make alot of money off people! Don't be one of them.

This is an actual alert. When banks get hacked, it really does happen, then this is the number that calls you, because soooo many people are affected when this happens. You call your credit union/bank with the case number that you are given to verify or deny charges.

This is used by many banks to verify transactions you made on your debit/credit card. I have had my card shut off multiple times because I ignored these calls. Thankfully one of those times was a hack and the bank was able to stop additional charges that were attempted. All you have to do is verify three charges on your account with yes or no to confirm that you made the charges and someone didn't hack your account. If you ignore these calls most likely your bank will deactivate your card and you find out when you try to use it.

I got a text first about possible fraud on my debit card... Looked up the number given to reply... It was a fake phishing scheme! Contacted my credit union and they confirmed. Then received a call from this number to confirm my account information... called my credit union again and it was another phishing scam! Hope you did not give them any information on your account as it is probably now compromised. As suggested by my bank, I changed my username and password immediately!

Then the lady starts asking me for my info and i told her she should already know my info so she tried really hard and told me its my unemployment card that was just recently active. These people called my phone and text me saying my relia card had fraudulent transactions but when I called the number on my card they indeed said someone tried to use it this morning and another date. I believe this number call and say that when they get declined For trying to commit the fraud because the card service just declined them I never knew this was even going on until they called smh just sad
